The fixed price computer repair service includes all labour charges, whether the computer can be repaired in your home or has to be workshop repaired then delivered and installed back to your home. Any replacement parts are charged on top of the fixed price repair service. You will always be advised of costs up front, before any repair charge is made.

Like for like replacement components are used providing the parts are still available. Sometimes this is not possible and it is more cost effective to upgrade a failed component, resulting in improved performance. All parts are covered by a 12 month guarantee.

Data recovery and restoration

Remember – there’s no hassle dismantling your computer, untangling cables – I come to you. Fixed price computer repairs do not extend to data recovery, data restore or operating system installation. These services are offered under a separate pricing structure. Other terms and conditions apply.

It’s often the case that all you need to get you going again is some remote technical support. This service is also offered.
